I am a Master Practioner of NLP, a graduate member of INLPTA, the International NLP Trainers Association and as such subscribe to their code of ethics.  I am also a certified practitioner of Integral Eye Movement Therapy.

I am a BSc maths graduate with an MBA and 20 years worth of experience in the business world.

I first came across NLP about 7 years ago when I picked up a book, Heart of the Mind by Steve and Connirae Andreas.  In it I read a process for curing a phobia.  Simply reading from the book I cured my husband's fear of spiders in about 5 minutes.  I knew at that point that I had to study this.

Since then I have learnt so much more about NLP but still have that wonder at what its techniques are able to achieve, often incredibly quickly.

For me, the core message of NLP is that how you feel, how you think and how you behave are all much more malleable than most people believe.

Weight Loss is an area that really interests me and many of my clients come to me for this.  It is incredible that a client who genuinely wants to lose weight can find so many different ways to undermine themselves.  It should be a simple matter of calories in, calories out but it is far more complex and fascinating than that.

Another area I love is working with children.  They are often very quick to pick up the ideas of NLP, such as being able to change state (see home page for more details on this) and are quick to see the possibilities.
