Here are some examples of feedback from clients:

Compulsive Behaviour - Nail Biting

I had been a nail biter since my first memory. Not only the nails but the surrounding skin which would often be sore and bleeding. This was a constant source of embarrassment which led to a lack of confidence when meeting people. I came across NLP by accident as I actually contacted the clinic for some information on acupuncture. I was kindly put in touch with Jane by the receptionist.
After just one hour of what appeared to be nothing more than ‘a chat’ I stopped biting immediately. Incredible considering the previous forty odd years and a month later I remain unbitten. What impresses me with the programming is that I have no craving to bite even in the most stressful parts of the working day or tense sporting occasion.
Jane, I think we ‘nailed’ it.

A Chocaholic

"I had read about NLP and thought it might be useful for my chocoholic problem. The thing was, I didn't want to give it up entirely, just to be able to eat a small amount without guzzling the whole bar! I was really surprised when, after just one "chat" with Jane, I found that the first two pieces were delicious but after that it lost it's attraction. Not only that, but I found that I felt much more control over any kind of comfort eating."

Dust Allergy

I just wanted to say thanks very much for the work you did with me on my dust allergy. Although I still live in an old (and inevitably dusty) cottage I have found that I no longer sneeze on a regular basis and a reaction that was getting me down to the point of considering moving has now gone. Thanks again

Weight Loss

I used to feel I had to clear my plate - drummed into me when I was a girl.  Jane taught me to recognise and tap into an ovewhelming feeling of being full.  I was eating a very rich fruit cake in a cafe and had one mouthful.  I wasn't hungry, I didn't need it and thanks to Jane's therapy I couldn't eat it.  Wow, what an amazing feeling - I was in control of my appetite.  I am now losing weight slowly and steadily, without the effort I have had to put in in the past.

Phobia of Flying

"I have always subjected myself to long uncomfortable coach journeys (...all the way to Poland!...) because I had such a fear of flying, but Jane helped me to associate my happiest memories with being in a plane and I have been able not only to fly but to really enjoy the trip. It's amazing that after only one short session, I am now able to concentrate on positive images whenever I am anxious about something. Thank you so much Jane."

Fear of Death

"I came to you seeking something but I was not sure what that thing was. You gave me peace from the fear of death. That was quite something. Thank you Jane for doing that."

Confidence speaking in public

This client had always felt nervous with the social side of business networking situations:
"Being one of life's sceptics I went into Jane's NLP programme expecting to learn about the process, rather than expecting any major impact. The result was to confront the issues I discussed with Jane and almost subconsciously overcome the barriers which affected my business life on a regular basis. The outcome is successful and lasting. An interesting and effective programme. Thanks."

A Spider Phobia

"Peter (12) had a spider phobia from a very early age.  I cannot remember when it started, he feels he always had it.
This phobia had disturbed our nights, occasionally spoilt walks in the countryside and stays in holiday cottages in the country where we have actually had to hoover the whole place out before he would go in!
Jane came to our home and sat Peter down in a warm, comfortable environment.  She talked through how he felt when he saw a spider.  Peter did this and we watched the feelings appear across his face (very obvious!)  Jane talked through some comforting strategies he could use when faced with a spider i.e. a gentle re-assuring touch and thoughts of a place he loves to be and feels happy at.
Immediately that evening, Pete for the first time got his own trainers from the 'spidery' porch.  He did not get hysterical a few days later when a spider was in his room.  Pete needs to be reminded sometimes to use his strategies but on the whole he does not show the extreme symptoms he did.  He is much more confident aound spiders and rational about his fears.
Holidays are a breeze now - we went to Ireland this year in a converted barn - his reaction was very low key - he still had issues with the bigger ones but in no way did we have the hysterics, shaking etc.
Pete feels freer and boy, do we!  Thank you Jane!"
